We harvest and sort by hand, respecting the quality of the grapes. We destem the fruit and transfer it to foudres. We carry out a 4-day pre-fermentation maceration at 5°C (41°F), after which it ferments in French oak foudres. It ages for 30 months in new French oak barrels. The wine is then bottled and rests in our cellar until release.

Appearance
Deep, vivid, and concentrated color, clean and bright, with a Bordeaux hue and high depth.
Nose
A very complex, deep wine, with aromas of red and ripe black fruit, sweet spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, and cocoa, balsamic touches, and toasty smoky notes.
Palate
Fine and elegant, rich and balanced, with lively acidity that adds freshness. Ripe fruit, spice, toast, and minerals make it a very complex, long wine with a persistent, round finish.

Can I change or cancel an order?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $2,500 MXN or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs $290, $390, or $490 MXN, depending on the delivery area.

debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers, all through secure payment platforms.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. If your order is delayed, let us know and we'll gladly follow up with the shipping carrier.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's been handed over to the carrier, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
