Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes. You can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been handed over to the shipping carrier. To request a change, contact us at talento@tresraices.com.mx or call +52 418 334 0951.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $2,500 MXN or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs $290, $390, or $490 MXN, depending on the delivery area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and
debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers, all through secure payment platforms.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. If your order is delayed, let us know and we'll gladly follow up with the shipping carrier.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's been handed over to the carrier, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
