Harvesting and cluster selection are done by hand, ensuring the quality of the grapes. We destem the grapes and transfer them to French oak foudres, where they undergo a 4-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels. After bottling, the wine rests in the bottle until it reaches its peak and is ready for release.

Can I change or cancel an order?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $2,500 MXN or more. For smaller orders, shipping costs $290, $390, or $490 MXN, depending on the delivery area.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. If your order is delayed, let us know and we'll gladly follow up with the shipping carrier.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's been handed over to the carrier, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
