1. General Terms

This cancellation policy applies to all services purchased through Vinícola Tres Raíces. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Cancellation Deadlines for Tours & Tastings

• Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance:

The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made 9 to 1 days before the service/event:

50% of the value of the booked experience will be retained. The remainder will be refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance:

No refund will be issued for late cancellations.

3. Cancellation Deadlines for Guest Transportation

• When requesting transportation:

A 50% deposit of the total cost of the transportation service, whether shared ($600 MXN) or private ($800 MXN), is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance:

The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made 9 to 1 days before the service/event:

• 50% of the value of the booked experience will be retained. The remainder will be refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance:

• No refund will be issued for late cancellations.

4. Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 8 to 16 business days.

• Cash refunds are not available.

5. Changes and Rescheduling

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer:

• Rescheduling at no additional cost.

• A credit for future use, depending on the case.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the reservation, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the cancellation policy described here.
